-We work by appointment only, please honor your reservation.
-There is a 24 hour cancellation policy for single services, and a 48 hour cancellation policy for multiple services please call ahead and reschedule to avoid being charged full price for the service.
-Late arrivals will limit the time of their treatment, but will still be responsible for the full service price.
-Payment must be made before or directly after your appointment. Accepted forms of payment: cash, check (verified only), Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
-Please arrive 5-10 minutes early so you can relax, and fill out any necessary forms.
-Please silence cell phones when entering the office.
-Gratuity is not included in any service, but is greatly appreciated.
-We suggest gratuities which reflect the quality of your service.
You may buy online or in person at the studio, normally everything is in stock. It's best to call ahead just to be sure; to maintain freshness we only have a few of each product in at a time. You also may call and order over the phone, paying by credit card, and arrange for pick up or have it sent to you.
-For best results, products should be stored in a cool, dark place.
-We are bound by iLike Organic Skin Care's return policies, and when possible, offer exchanges or store credit on returns.
-Returns are required to be made within 30 days, accompanied by a receipt.
-Returned containers must be unopened, except for defective product.
-Try a sample before purchasing if you have allergies or sensitivities.
-Gift certificates and series purchases are not redeemable for cash.
